Def leppard rock of ages5/1/2023 It’s not like *Spinal Tap,*which is poking fun-and rightly so -it’s just like a celebration of the 80s. They’re not poking fun of the actors, but it is a comedy. I mean, Stacee Jaxx’s character looks almost like a 70s character, with his shirt off, covered in fur, with the hair-there’s a bit of Steven Tyler, a bit of Iggy Pop. Do you think they captured the right mood-was there anything that seemed out of place? If anything, actually, it’s maybe tamed down some of the stuff I saw going off, whenever I infrequently visited the Rainbow. The filmmakers have said they took a relatively straight approach aesthetically to the 80s-rock look. And I’ve never been a fan of the critics’ opinion, so it makes no difference to me whether they slag us off, slag the play off, or they praise it. I don’t really see a downside to that.Īs a consumer, you have a choice to just not go. Instead of just going to Vegas and throw your money in slot machines, they’re going to go see Motley Crüe. Because our generation, they’re getting a little older, they’ve probably got a little bit more disposable income.
